This property is very charming and the hospitality of the manager / owner is incredible. ||Our stay was comfortable with great rooms, including a little sitting room with balcony.||I mentioned that the owner / manager is very hospitable and they went out of their way to make our stay memorable - specifically, helping find us a memorable rooftop jazz concert at short notice when the original jazz club we had researched before coming to Havana was closed.||Excellent stay and would recommend.

We had a lovely stay. The room was large with tall ceilings, French doors out onto a balcony and a view of the ocean. The bathroom was like new and had a rain head shower. It was clean and comfortable. The mattress was great. Our stay was made even better by Christian, Adrian and Juan Carlos. They served us a welcome cocktail, a delicious breakfast and also helped with coordinating tours and Taxis.

Beautiful hotel, which has been tastefully decorated and furnished. The breakfast was very pleasant and plentiful both mornings. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They were so helpful on a number of occasions. It is very convenient for Old Havana and sightseeing. My husband and I can highly recommend.

Casa Jesus Maria 7 was our first, and our favorite, place to stay during our recent visit to Cuba (and we stayed in 4 Casas in total). The room was comfortable and spotless, furniture was charming, everything worked in the room, the breakfast was great and served on a beautiful, cool roof terrace, and the location was close to the busy center of Old Havana while still being a short walk away from all the bustle. The house felt like an oasis. The best part, though, was the welcome and friendliness of all the staff. Everyone was helpful, and we enjoyed chatting with different staff members. Yes, they do sometimes take a little while to answer the door, but the house has 3 floors and it is a long way from the roof terrace to the front door! We highly recommend Casa Jesus Maria 7, and can’t wait to return!

We stayed at the JM7 for 5 nights in the "Master Suite Jesus Maria." The room was gorgeous, and had a large comfy king bed, high ceilings and a wall of double doors that opened out to the street. The building has been meticulously restored, and is filled with gorgeous mid-century furniture. It was July, so really hot in Cuba (mid 90's) but the air conditioning in the room worked great. Breakfast is included and served on the rooftop. It was freshly prepared and delicious. It consisted of coffee, toast w/butter & jam, fresh fruit, eggs made to order and fresh squeezed juice. The location was very convenient and an easy walk to most things in Old Havana. The star of this hotel is the staff, which is friendly and helpful. One "host" is on staff 24 hours a day, and they do everything from helping you with your bags to serving breakfast, so it feels more like a Bed & Breakfast than hotel. The hosts we interacted with most were Christian and Javier who helped us the most with things like exchanging money, restaurant recommendations, organizing transportation or just helping us with our Spanish. We interacted with Juan Carlos a little less so since he usually had the night shift, but he was also very friendly and helpful. As other reviewers have mentioned, while you get a key to your room, you don't get a key to he main door of the hotel, you have to ring the bell and a host will let you in, but we didn't really have a problem with that. We would absolutely stay here again next time.

We loved this place! The rooms were very clean and the overall appearance of the hotel was beautiful and antique looking. The rooftop area is great for breakfast and cocktails. The breakfasts are amazing! The staff were so helpful and kind. They made us cocktails, arranged taxis for us, and gave great recommendations on restaurants and sites to see. They even let us check in way earlier than usual because of our flight time. Javier and Juan Carlos were awesome and made sure that I had the best birthday! The two main managers were extremely helpful and friendly as well. Highly highly recommend this place.

Wir kamen spät am Abend an. Gleich wurden wir liebevoll mit einem frischen Cocktail auf der Dachterasse empfangen. Wir haben hier drei Nächte verbracht und jeder Einzelne war sehr sehr freundlich und motiviert. Das Frühstück war super und sehr schön angerichtet. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön (wir durften einige anschauen, da im Moment Nebensaison ist) und haben sehr hohe Räume. Dadurch ist die Temperatur stets angenehm. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und man erreicht von hier alles sehr gut zu Fuss. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

This beautiful B&B located in the heart of old Havana is the perfect place to stay if you visit Havana. The room we stayed in was very spacious and very clean with a private entrance and balcony overlooking the water. There is a delicious breakfast included that's served on the rooftop terrace. If you are an early riser you could see the sunrise while enjoying your tasty breakfast. One of the most important reasons we chose this hotel is the location. We were within walking distance of many restaurants, museums and right in the midst of the locals. The staff really made our stay a memorable one, Arianne and her entire team really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They gave us recommendations for restaurants and tours and even organized a few for us. Super amazing people and without hesitation we highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
