Creo que de todos los motes y hoteles por los que hemos pasado por la Ruta 66, este es el mejor con diferencia.||Lo primero es el trato tan agradable de la persona que había en recepción, un 10 para él. ||Todas sus instalaciones están cuidadas al máximo, y esta vez si,...las fotos que ves por la web corresponde con lo que te encuentras.||Habitación amplia, muy limpia y moderna, de 10 también.||Y el desayuno genial!! ||Este hotel lo recomiendo al 100%

Pasamos una noche antes de llegar a Chicago...todo muy limpio y cuidado.La piscina estaba perfecta casi mejor que la de muchas instalaciones deportivas.El desayuno fue perfecto.Volveria sin duda alguna.

Wasn't going to leave a bad review but was unsatisfied with the care of front desk staff. I get it's just a job to them but they also have no clue what their guests are going through when they check in i.e. two family member deaths and swimming was the one fun thing my child was going to get to do. Let this be your reminder to be kind to every guest you encounter.

Pool- out of order, did not disclose at time of booking (about 1.5hrs before atrempting to use pool)
Tv- shut off minimum of 4x within 4hrs and went back to the guide channel by itself at least 5x in that time frame.
Beds- super squeaky and easily slid of the platforms

In the past I just worked housekeeping in a hotel and I still had more compassion and manners than the front desk, evening staff, on 8/13.

The room was great, But the free breakfast was terrible. The orange juice tasted like water, the waffle dispenser were broke, the hot food was sausage gravy with biscuits, sausage patties, and western omelets. Which all were burnt and I don't eat pork due to religious beliefs. The only other items was cold cereal, but I'm lactose intolerant. So basically there was nothing I could eat. As we were leaving,I went to drop off the key, there was 5 people behind the counter. 4 in uniforms 1 counter person looking at her phone. 1 person acknowledged us and told us to have a nice day. By this time I was already unset and just left. I chose this location because I had a great experience a year ago. But I should have saved some money and went somewhere else. Upsetting.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at in a long time. Extremely clean rooms. Clean pool in a warm room. Within walking distance to Walmart and Wallys. We had an issue with other hotel guests smoking, and the staff handled it quickly and professionally.

We stopped here on our way to the path of totality for the 2024 Eclipse. The hotel was extremely clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was great and all the staff were very pleasant. All in all a great experience. Only small hiccup was the WiFi wasn't working for about a half hour when we arrived but eventually booted back up.
