Stunning views, since it's ideally located on an elevation. Within a little walking distance, sharing cabs available to main Market area, very frequently. Home made food, made specifically to individual order. This is the Best part of my stay with family. Check.in and check.out pretty smooth. Being a super Senior Citizen, I enjoyed the location and 4-Day stay in this place. Kudos to Team-Gr8 Eastern Vally Residency. ❤️ ?

Visited gangtok on around 20 June 2024, booked this hotel at around 1350 per night. Location is fine, slightly far from main market place but view from hotel room is amazing. Room was beautiful and cool. Service was outstanding. That boy was very very very helpful and polite. We ordered many times hotel food itself which was in budget and tasty also. That hotel boy will arrange cabs for local trips and sightseeing.
That boy was ao descent and well behaved that i also tipped him.

I’m sorry but this was not a good stay and I have my reasons. My husband booked online and nobody was available to greet us at night - definitely you should have someone even at night , we are traveling and this hasn’t been an issue for us. So that is first. Second the room was not ready, filled with bugs and no water provided . The sheets were FULL of lint. Okay, sure the bugs went away in the morning, but in the bathroom, covered with dead bugs and some one else’s hair in the sink.
They do not provide a hair dryer and did not offer us a menu for their kitchen. They kept telling us that they had an event upstairs and other guests - so they were busy. This was an excuse to cover up for their poor hospitality obviously.
My husband and I stayed during the off season in Gangtok and let me tell you - there was no one else there except one other guy who came and left during our stay. So they were not at all busy.
The owner/lady gave me a HUGE attitude when I asked for a hair dryer - if YOU YOURSELF need a hair dryer then provide it for the other guests in the rooms! It rains every day in Gangtok during this season.
It was hard to even get access to the fridge just to keep a small pack of milk in it - and then to ask for milk in the morning. Please don’t work in hospitality if GUESTS BOTHER YOU.
The view was decently good but with all the other cons - please do not stay here and look elsewhere. Had to even wait 20 minutes for water. And I am a minimalist traveler so this was a truthful review. Wish I had more pictures but no fan or AC and it was uncomfortable.

This is one of the best and economical hotel in Gangtok. Food is so delicious and just like home made and ambience of dining room is excellent and gives luxurious feeling. Rooms were very clean and spacious with mesmerizing Valley view. Staff members were very polite and they showed great gesture. Specially, Limbo Lahang staff member, he was such an active, polite and helpful person. He was always available whenever we needed anything. He made our stay in hotel so comfortable. This hotel is highly recommended to tourists visiting Gangtok.

I had a great 3 night stay at this place. The view is amazing, the room has everything you need, hot showers and a good restaurant. Wi-Fi Connection in the room is also good. It’s 15 minute by car from downtown, and the cost is around 300 rupees, or you can walk for an hour. I like walking so I skipped the expensive tour guides and just walked there, some of them are close to the hotel.

If you are looking for a place to truly enjoy the peace of gangtok, you need to stay here. Such a beautiful homestay with a very scenic view of the entire city. The hospitality is top notch and the behaviour of all the people is very polite and helpful. It was truly a joy staying here, so much that we can’t wait to go back again. Although it is a bit far from MG Marg location wise, but you will definitely enjoy staying here .Away from the crowd of Gangtok this property has some really beautiful views and the food is very good.

We stayed here for 3 days and had a really good time. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city and has an beautiful view of the valley from the terrace; a quiet place to relax. The rooms and hotel are very clean. The hosts are polite, welcoming and provide good home cooked meals. The dining room is set up beautifully with local furniture, show piece and books and overall it made a very cozy environment for us to sit and read all evening. It is a budget friendly place with good hospitality. We are definitely going to stay here the next time we visit Gangtok.

Food is amazing, specially their veg thukpa, such a delight!
