I booked Hotel to celebrate my Birthday and taking my dad to visit Gangtok cantt where he was posted 45 years ago. ||It was an amazing hotel and Deepa helped us the whole time the penthouse was just amazing and the washrooms and all other facilities were just outstanding . The best part was the price was also very reasonable and value for money .||Though a little away from main city but enjoyed every minute of our stay

The rooms and view was amazing. All the staff was very courteous. If you really want to enjoy the beauty of sikkim, must visit here. Food was really amazing, including their chef and all restaurant staff. Ms. Deepa coordinated with us really well.

I stayed in ORO Montano hotel recently for 3 nights. I have amazing experience in this hotel. I booked a penthouse room, room is big enough with a private balcony. Room is very clean with stunning mountain valley views.

Coming to service experience, reception/front desk people are quite polite and kind natured. They provide a hassle free 1 min check in and service response is just between 2-3 minutes.

Food is also very good, restorent people will make customised food according to you taste. Most of the time i have been served by Prathima she is very good in providing service.

Over all it’s a good hotel to stay with family. Special thanks to Deepa and Pratima for providing quite good service and serving customised sound Indian food

I love this hotel. I stayed first time. Awsome hotel. Service, staff, cleanliness is top. The room and bathroom is so clean it's fabulous.Staff behavior is really good. Food is delicious and lots of options. Dinner breakfast is so good. My son, wife is so so happy. I will definitely recommend this hotel at Gangtok to stay. Lovely ❤

The resort was upto my expectation in ever aspects like specious room good quality of food specially the breakfast fully north indian style and staffs were very friendly .|The shenic beauty was very beautiful. |Only one disadvantage is the road condition.

Loved the experience... was overwhelmed by the welcome of the hotel staff. Service and food loved it. The receptionist Deepa Tamang was indeed very helpful.. would love to connect again and experience the hotel aesthetic again

The rooms were neat and clean, the staff there were very humble and patient. Also the cheffs at the hotel were mind blowing the food there is awesome. The hotel is overall very exquisite and gorgeous. I had a great time living there with my family!!!
