I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. David Mote and his exceptional team at Mote Wellness and Rehab in Boynton Beach. From the moment I walked through their doors, I knew I was in the right place for my back pain. Dr. Mote and his staff (from Sara and Adela at the front desk to Chiro/PT techs Cassie and Steve) are not just professionals; they are like a caring family dedicated to their patients' well-being.

Dr. Mote's expertise and dedication to his art and patients are truly remarkable. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to my needs. His extensive knowledge of chiropractic care and therapeutic techniques will instill confidence from the start. Throughout my treatment, Dr. Mote utilized a variety of classic techniques and newer therapeutic modalities to address my back pain effectively. His comprehensive approach alleviated all my symptoms, and without any of the sort of lengthy courses of treatment for which many other chiropractors are so well known.
What truly impressed me was the level of care and attention to detail that Dr. Mote and his team demonstrated at every step of my treatment, but what most sets Mote Wellness and Rehab apart is the warm and friendly atmosphere they create. Unlike typical medical offices, I felt welcomed and valued as soon as I entered. The staff's genuine concern for my comfort and progress made each visit feel like a positive experience, from the start.

Thanks to Dr. Mote and his highly talented staff, I am now free from chronic back pain. I wholeheartedly recommend Mote Wellness and Rehab to anyone seeking compassionate and effective chiropractic care. I should also mention that while I didn't personally avail myself of their Physical Therapy facilities, it is instructive to know that the practice also maintains a comprehensive and fully staffed PT clinic and gym, which includes an on-site aquatic therapy pool.
Their commitment to excellence and genuine concern for their patients' well-being make them deserving of my highest recommendations.

Unfortunately I was involved in a car accident. Fortunately I was referred to Dr. Mote Wellness and Rehab center in Boynton Beach. With physical therapy, I was able to feel like myself again. The staff from the front desk to the rehab center in the back are incredible. Everyone treats you like family, which is helpful when you are in pain. I highly recommend Mote Wellness and Rehab Center.

Honestly the Lamest experience I had ever received in the Healthcare field. Wtvr you want to call it , this is the worst place if your seeking care which is on your medical Script from your Actual Doctor.

Over here at the Motes wellness . the man in charge who's words are questionable. Lied directly to my face and told me results of an MRI comparable to results of an X-ray. THIS is not factual at all.

Secondly my medical script was for the use of indoor swimming facility. Not only did palm beach aquatics not have a pool. the motes center refused to follow my medical script from A LICENCED Orthopedist. he said "I'm not putting you in the pool."

After been in several accidents in a span of 10 years, I was quite shocked of this since its my health and I care about my treatments and where I go.

They also wanted to me to do another evaluation if I switched locations. Of course I did no such thing. They also hung up the phone on me after letting them be aware of my experience at Motes Wellness when I contacted them at the palm beach aquatics which are working in unison together. I recommend not going here and begin seeking real care. I decided to pay out of pocket and seek the treatment I am so rightfully deservant of. I don't want anyone else to make the same decisions and waste there time there. I want people to make the right decisions best suited for them.

Over the last 6 months i have had 3 injury's. My surgeon referred me to Dr. Mote and Palm Beach Aquatics.
I am a 57 Y/O guy with old injury's catching up to me. These were not nagging injury's. These injury's were having a major effect on my day to day life. After a meeting with Dr. Mote i felt very confident. I knew i was in good hand's. It's the first time out of many times where the Dr could relate to some of the same injury's. I am currently finishing up on fixing my left knee. When i came to P.B.A. a month ago i was in pain and limping. I am now back to doing exercise with some modifications from the team at P.B.A. The whole crew at P.B.A. were all so pleasant and engaging. From the through people at the front, to the two young Lady's who administer stim and ultra sound.
They made a Big change and let me get back to living my life without pain.
My therapist was Carlos, bedside's having hands like a vice grip he fixed my body and educated me on what's happening and how to prevent it.
P.T. is tuff enough under normal circumstances, and Covid did not help.
The office and the equipment was always clean and sanatory and we all
were masked. I had no problem at all with there Covid protocol. When i was there. My only worry was my knee.
From Sarah to Clair and Lauren and all the rest whose name's escape me . I cant thank you enough for giving me back my lifestyle.
