It was the perfect spot to rest our heads! After arriving in Warsaw at midnight during the state fair week, we were informed that our reservation at different motel was given to someone else, we were lucky enough to get a room at this charming motel. Very clean and comfortable.

Call the number on the door to check in, and someone might show up in 15 minutes. Fridge freezes everything solid and microwave won't cook. Staff lives in the rooms and walk around shirtless and will ask you for a job and possible have screaming matches with each other in the parking lot.

Parking is on the tight side but everyone makes it work. Place was quiet at night. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint is the weird lumpy pillows that somehow offer zero support.

Hidden nice place to eat. Newly opened resturant 8 months. Found on Google no road sign. Large portions. They are all working hard to make it work. Did not stay at motel, ate in resturant. Husband had pork tenderloin sandwich $. pictured. He said it was the best he has had. I had half order of biscuits and gravy came with hashbrowns real potatoes, 2eggs and choice of meat. $9.00

These people are awesome. If I'm ever back in that area, this is where I would stay. Staff is extremely responsive, seemed a little over whelmed but they were fabulous. I showed up 3 hours before check in, ND the guy was like no problem, well gotcha something" e0ish minutes later, the room was ready and o got a break from driving. Great people, highly recommend.

I called about 2 weeks prior to my trip to the Warsaw area to make a reservation. I let them know I would be there September 16 for one night. I got to the area early to go shopping. I then stopped for a late lunch at the BBQ place across the street as I was told by the hotel person it was good. After I ate, I went to the hotel. On the door was a sign saying we are closed for 4 days. 2 phone numbers were listed. Neither phone number was answered- and would not allow message. I had to then sit and try to scramble to find a spot to stay the evening! Now I have to miss the hot air balloon glow this evening! A female called almost an hour later and said she missed a call. I asked if she was from the motel, she said yes. When I told her I had a reservation for the night - she apologized for closing unannounced and said she needed a few days off. A phone call to me prior to my trip would have helped!!!!

Best New Owner! All white goose feather pillows and bedding, beautiful decor. Absolutely perfect pool, breakfast buffet and breakfast, best place in town hands down most amazing thoughtful owner and staff!
