A gorgeous gem of a place in the village of Otivar. This small Boutique Hotel officers beautifully decorated rooms with the personal touch of the owners. lovely food excellent tappers served with your drinks. A rooftop bar and terrace with fab views adds to the charm. A short drive away from the beach and the town of Amunicar and the city of Granada as well as many other places to explore, this hotel is perfectly located to give you the best of both worlds, you can explore the beautiful coast in the day and chill in the evenings.

Villa Otivar was a delight, our room modern, beautifully appointed, the attention to detail was lovely, and bed was so comfortable! Paula and Dave were wonderful hosts, easy going and knowledgeable of the area. We arrived on bicycles and they had us sorted smoothly. The roof top bar was fun in the evening, and the lounge with incredible views of the valley, perfect for morning coffee. The breakfast before we set off in the morning was great! Our only regret was not staying a few days longer, so much more to explore. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience. The rooms were modern, Clean, and beautiful. The service is exceptional. The food and drinks were wonderful and we all thoroughly enjoyed them. Otivar is a mountain village providing incredible views, hiking & biking, as well as beaches and many other things to discover close by. We traveled with Family and friends. Park your car and call the Tuk Tuk service provided to get you to the hotel. It is free and the easiest way to find the Villa on your first visit. Once there it is easy to wander around and discover the quaint village.

I would highly recommend Villa Otivar for anyone staying in or near the town of Otivar. The rooms themselves were beautiful; the perfect mix of modern features with local Spanish style. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were heaven.

In the evening time we headed up to the rooftop bar. It was such a great atmosphere with the most beautiful mountain backdrop and the tapas was the best I'd experienced in Spain.

The owners Dave and Paula were such a delight and ensured we had a comfortable stay.

Will definitely be back!

We were recommended this new hotel by some close friends and it didn’t disappoint. Absolutely stunning location. The rooms are clean, ultra comfortable and tastefully decorated in a modern but authentically Spanish way. There is a roof terrace bar / restaurant which welcomes guests and local residents. The food is amazing and the hosts Dave & Paula are absolutely charming. Excellent value for money !

Four of us went to Villa Otivar this morning for breakfast ,.
Breakfast was well cooked and well presented , really good value for money, David and Paula the owners were especially attentive, friendly and couldn't do enough for us , they also have a bar on the terrace with a really good selection of wine, cocktails and tapas ..
The view from the terrace where we had breakfast was lovely .
They were kind enough to show us one of their hotel rooms, they have been very tastefully decorated with a lot of attention to detail, they even have coffee and tea making facilities which hotels in Spain don't usually provide.
We wish David and Paula good look with this wonderful venture , they have worked really hard and deserve to succeed , we certainty will be back and can highly recommend .
