I unfortunately came down with Covid during my stay, and was so thankful for how accommodating the staff were. I was entitled to free buffet breakfast given my Titanium Elite status. The staff were under no obligation to replace that with room service breakfast , but happily did given my circumstances. The food (buffet my first day, and room service breakfast the following two days) was extraordinary.

I was also upgraded to a bigger and nicer room, which was very nice.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, aesthetically.

One very minor note of improvement - it looked like the walls of the shower near the back were not adequately cleaned, as there was some visible mild dirt/mold buildup. I hope the hotel will use this as an opportunity to review their specific housekeeping protocol for the showers.

We stayed 3 nights in mid to late February. Superb hotel worth every one of it's 5 stars. The decor and architecture is stunning. The staff are helpful and attentive. Breakfast in the main restaurant was excellent with a large choice of hot or cold options. We had lunch in the Ena outdoor terrace restaurant one day and the food was stunning. We also enjoyed a drink in the Americano cocktail bar one evening on our way out. The room was excellent, large comfortable bed and excellently maintained. All the amenities you would expect in a top hotel. We spent a few hours round the outdoor pool (unheated so still chilly this time of year) and made use of the small but well stocked gym. The hotel is perfectly placed within easy walking distance of all of the main attractions in Seville. All in all could not have wished for a better stay and highly recommend.

A beautiful luxury hotel in a convenient location. The setting and decor are clearly stunning.

The fact that the bathtub and shower are not separate is a bit unbecoming for the hotel type. But, we recognize that considering the historic architecture the floorplan is less flexible.

We had booked two connecting rooms six months in advance, one with a terrace, and had called the hotel to confirm that this option was in fact available to us. It was our only requirement to stay at this property. However, when we arrived they were not available to us. The hotel had apparently no record of it and made no effort to correct that mistake. The just told us that they only had few configurations like that. Of course, that is why we had booked six months in advance and inquired specifically.

Not that is should matter, I have Marriott Ambassador status.

This hotel deserves every star in the book. The building is wonderful and every member of the staff was terrific. The management obviously does a good job. This sets the standard for a great hotel. From the welcoming check in to the luxurious room, everything works. Also, the breakfast buffet is probably the best ever, no need to eat for the rest of the day!

Without a doubt, this hotel stands as the premier choice in the Seville area, nestled amidst the historical charm of the city. Situated at the heart of all attractions, its prime location offers easy access to everything worth seeing. From impeccable service to top-notch quality, the staff goes above and beyond to fulfill every need. Opting for a suite was a decision we didn't regret, as the experience was worth every moment, with breathtaking views.

While the location is great and the hotel is pretty, the service has been awful. They advised us our room was ready at 3:30 (30 minutes after it was guaranteed ready) and the balcony was covered in bird poop and the window shade wouldn’t open. Called three times before someone came to look at it and cleaned the poop but didn’t fix the shade. And before that the staff member who showed us to our room got lost looking for it. To rent the private terrace, we were also quoted $1000 euros by two employees only for the number to be upped by the third employee to $1500. Chose this hotel for a guaranteed great experience to celebrate our elopement and was very disappointed… and still can’t believe we paid $650 per night to be given a balcony covered in ants and bird poo.

Pros; Beasutiful hotel, great location. |Cons; The hotel itself is beautiful. Nice hallways and restuarant. However the rooms inside are outdated. The furnituare is old with stains on the couch/sofa. It is ok to have "old-fashioned"furnituare but need to have updated ones in the rooms. The tub is old and if you are someone with reduced mobility, hard to get into .The worst is realy the poor customer service. No one to help you in the lobby area. You have to wait in line. People have attitudes. Waited for 10-min for the concierge man to get off the phone to ask him a quick question. Note to you; what you may want to do when you see someone waiting to ask you a question for a long time, is tell whomever you are speaking on the phone to give you second, then tell the customer in front of you to give you a minute (or see if they may have a quick question), rather than avoiding eye contact for 10-min. |So overall, beautiful hotel to visit and maybe have lunch/snacks there but I wouldn't stay there-

The hotel has a long history, excellent location, and concentrated surrounding attractions. The hotel's classical and elegant decoration attracts many people to come and watch. The hotel service is very good, but the facilities are a bit old. It is the first choice for local specialty accommodation. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. I am satisfied with my stay!
