LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES!!!!!! They responded with they would of gladly given a refund!!!!!! HAHAHAHA NO....YOU GLADLY WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND SAID NO!! Why would anyone refuse a refund when they did not even stay in the room for under 5 mins a piece! Your response was a lie. We lost money we desperately needed. So if you gladly would give a refund then make it right and do it!! He refused a refund!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! The bad reviews are right. Trust me.
On 10/10/24 due to Milton we lost water,power and wifi.We was told by the park that we live in,it could possibly be a few days before power & water would be turned back on. Like everyone else in the area,everyone was out looking and booking hotels and motels. My husband and I was getting turned down everywhere in our area that we looked. So we decided to head up North. Unfortunately we do not have much money and my mom electronically sent us money to help us out. We drove to Ocala to start looking. We finally came across a motel. We both did not feel right about this place but we was kinda in a situation. My husband went in to book the room. He stressed to the man how important it was that the room was clean due to we both have breathing issue and I am very sensitive to certain smells. The man “owner” swore to my husband that the room was very clean. We went to the first room 112 and it smelled so bad of cigarette smoke. We was not in the room 2 mins. My husband went back to the guy and told him about the room. He puts us in another room,the one was the same except it smelled like cigarettes covered up by perfume. I told my husband we can not stay in this room and that we was much better off sucking it up at home with everything off. My husband goes back to the guy to just get a refund and he refused it. We did not even sit on the beds. He did not sign any paperwork just a receipt stating we paid 105.45 for two days worth. He refused to give us a refund at that point. I have contacted him and he told me no and that he has been in business for many years and he can do what he wants and I can contact who ever I would like and that I will not be getting a refund back from him. I have also contacted the better business bureau. 105.45 is a lot of money to us right now. And I am so tired of crooks taking advantage of people because they can. The only good out of this was we left went back home and our power was on by 8pm that night. Just one more thing.. call the number…he answers the phone by just saying hello. You would have zero idea its a business.

Monday 7/15/24. Dirty room (#105). Closet & bathroom shelves were FILTHY (I cleaned them). Ice tub contained cigarette ashes. No ice machine, so this was disturbing on two levels.

A/C remote did not work (dead batteries?), but management did not answer the phone 5 minutes after I checked in at 10pm.

Morning traffic on the highway was LOUD.

CHECK OUT IS 10:00AM SHARP. $20 FEE FOR LATE CHECKOUT!!!

This motel is more than a motel, it’s a home away from home and just as great. Extremely clean, comfortable ,and safe.. I like the friendly atmosphere and quiet nature of being on a busy street. Cozy beds to make your travels more relaxing.

Rooms are little on the smaller side but clean. No one brings or offers extra towels, etc. Weekly rates are great. But don't expect to see a maid or even a roll of tp. So bring your own. Location is good. Quiet area.

I booked this on-line as I was traveling home over spring break. The reviews were good so I took a chance. The room was really sub-par. For $88 / night I feel that the place should have been far better.||The linens were old, the shower/bath area was outdated and really badly remodeled. I found 2 bugs in the room (nothing scary just beetles but still).||I would never stay here again and definitely not pay that much.||I feel almost bad giving this review as the owners were really nice and you could tell they kept it clean.

Shower filthy and cold. Floor sticky. Cockroaches everywhere. Bed bugs everywhere. When I asked for a refund she said she would give me a new room. New room had bed bug eggs all over bed and cigarette ashes on floor in non smoking room. Owner said this is Florida we live with roaches

Our room was very, very nice. It was very central to where we were going. The people there are very nice and very accomidating. Whoever wrote a bad experience shouldn't of because this place is a very small but nice place, safe, quiet and clean. We came to Florida and had a room booked in a different place, last minute we had to cancel and get another room. When we called this place we told them our situation and they said to come right in and we did mention we didn't want smoking or any smells do to breathing issues. The lady at the front was like, you come right over and I will let you come in a check the room out yourself. When saw the place, I was lIke I really hope we like it and it's what we want. And we went in and we loved it. To the nice lady at the desk and the kind man who cleaned our rooms..... thank you both for a very enjoyable stay.
