Muy buena la ubicación, muy cerquita de La Gran via, del metro y de los lugares turisticos. Muy buena la limpieza. Se suma la facilidad de contar con ascensor. Paola, sumamente amable así como los dueños. Es la segunda vez que vengo y volveré! Muy recomendable. Gracias por todo.

VERGONZOSO!
Teníamos una reserva realizada y a 9 horas de llegar al destino nos anula la reserva. Lo peor de todo es que llamas y no te lo coge, hablas con el alojamiento para pedirle explicaciones por medio del chat de Booking y no te contesta, basicamente nos dejaron tirados sin respuesta alguna.
Lo bueno, fué que Booking nos diò la razón y nos realojaron en otro lugar.

Si quieres dormir tranquilo, NO recomiendo nada este lugar.

Great Hostel! We stayed there for 5 nights. When we arrived, extremely nice lady welcomed us and told us everything we needed to know. The room was perfectly cleaned. In the room is also TV, airconditioning and mini cooler. Bathroom is fully equiped with a shower, hairdryer, clean towels and toilet paper. The only disadvantage are thin walls. The location is amazing, it's near the Gran Via in the center of Madrid, so all the sights are reachable by foot. If you need anything, the hostel stuff is always willing to help (btw they do not speak well english).

Lovely hostal spotless clean, very friendly staff and the beautiful Cara such a lovely place to visit. So central to everything less then 10 min walk to Gran Via and main shops. Only downfall was the noise the walls are very thin and can hear everything from the other rooms a few noisy guests but would stay here again very comfortable beds. Room was always cleaned when needed. Highly recommend

A hostel that doesnt feel like one. Rooms are spacious with free toiletries and water replaced when room is cleaned. They have a sign on door so you can decide when you want your room cleaned. Private bathroom ours had a shower tub. There is also a communal bathroom if needed which is spotless. Walls a bit thin for noise but with heat too tired to care. Has a lift for guests who cant use the stairs. Friendly staff clean rooms at a good price in a perfect location and favourite staff member cara made our week.

Muy buena localización con un precio competente. Las habitaciones estan bien y el servicio de limpieza es muy eficiente. Un problema es que el baño era pequeño, la ducha es antigua y dificil de utilizar y graduar la temperatura y huele mal de las tuberias del baño. Igualmente pongo un 5 porqué nos han atendido muy bien y nos han hecho el favor de dejar las mochilas después de irnos hasta que cogiésemos el tren.

Located in the noisiest street in Madrid!! The partying went on all night. Ear plugs were provided on arrival! Basic room and the smallest bathroom. Close to museums. Don't bother.

Located a literal two minute walk to Gran Via and one of the cheapest places to rent a room in Madrid. The staff were friendly and always at hand to help if needed.||||The rooms themselves are nicely sized, and the bathroom has a shower that is also half a bath (this was one of my favourite parts of my entire holiday, don't knock it until you try it). ||||Rooms have air-con and although there is some structural noise, it wasn't an issue at night time. There is also baggage storage for the day you are leaving, so you don't have to carry cases on your last day. The shop next door opens late as well if people need to get last minute items. ||||Cara is an absolute sweetheart and I love her. So if you are staying there, do look out for her. Give her rubs and tell her that I miss her lol ||||If I return to Madrid, I will be staying here again. It was more than worth the price that we paid.
