All the room was extremely clean, well interior designed and hygienic. One of the major feature was the terrace cafe. The cafe was very hygienic, space was vast, able to fill more than 30 people at a time. The behavior of the staffs was very good. They made us feel homely.

Very bad experience, the whole hotel runs with only 2 staffs, no room service, poor maintenance, too far from MG Marg. Don't recommend anyone with family to stay there.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic.
The staff here are not only friendly and cooperative but also makes one on the most homely food anyone can ever expect.
On top of that top of that the rooms were spacious.
And to add another feather on the cap the owner was very much friendly amd highly cooperative..
Will definitely be heading to this hotel the next time we visit Gangtok and will definitely recommended this hotel.

It is a clean, budget hotel away from the city. The access road from M g marg is not great. The service is excellent. Mr Vivek is very friendly, helpful and service minded. The rooms are ideal for a single or two people. It was very small for us as we had a kid along. Not ideal for family of 3 and more. Food was simple yet delicious and served with care.|

Unbelievably fantastic and that too at such reasonable prices. Extremely delighted and overwhelmed to have stayed here. Rooms are extremely well maintained and hygienic. Food was also delicious. Above all, all the staff members are extremely well mannered, friendly and cooperative.

We stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights occupied 5 rooms as a group.||All staff are kind and happy to help, particularly the Manager Vivek Sharma is nice and cool. Management thought nicely for tall he staff what is hospitality. i||Food was great, all kitchen staff are very kind and helpful.||Room sizes are little smaller and 4-5 km away from downtown.||Overall, very nice stay, I recommend this hotel to my friends.

The behaviour of hotel maneger was very bad. First give me very small room later it's was changed after some arguments with maneger. Food was very bad. After eating I felt too much sick. The food was highly salted and plate was very dirty. Location was far away from MG Marg. It's my true review. Don't come into this hotel. Their is many very good hotel in gangtok with in this budget.

This is great and very well maintained property and at a very reasonable rate. Though a bit away from mg road, it still won't disappoint you at any cost.||Lifts are hard to find in any of the hotels in sikkim, so do not go with that expectations, the hotel staff is courteous enough to carry your luggage.||Speaking about the rooms.||We were 5 people and got accommodated in the large room near reception, the room was very neat and hygienic.||Vivek is a great gentleman to interact with and takes care as if you are at his home.|||| Very careful towards your need and comfort. Breakfast we had was very good.Special mention also to prabir(hotel staff) who took good care of us.||Great going hotel Mystic valley and Vivek. ||All the best to you Whenever I come to Sikkim, I will surely be staying with you.
