I understand that their are rules, but when you book a room for 2 nights and then the event gets cancelled and you can't go please refund the guest or give them a credit. I didn't stay in your room, I gave you 72 hours notice, and you just keep my $600. What a scam. You had plenty of time to sell that room to another client. You are charging me for something I didn't use. That's a scam. I even paid for the trip protection but since I didn't die or lose my job, the event being cancelled was not a valid reason. Thanks. Will never stay here.

The location near Santa Clara University was fantastic. The unit we stayed in was bright, spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The customer service from Kasa was wonderful, for example our AC wasn't working properly and I was able to connect with an agent immediately and they fixed it asap. I highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again.

Great location for Santa Clara. The room was great with all necessary amenities and was clean and ready early. Be advised it is very DIY; there is no support team or staff physically present at the property. While I loved the experience, the constant re-emailing and re-texting of a new set of check in instructions every time you navigate away from the original is extremely onerous; that electronic check in process must be improved.

This was our 2nd stay - unit was very nice as was our stay. WE are first time grandparents in town spoiling our ne granddaughter - loved the swimming pool and the gym. Only complaint is when we checked out a half our early we got a nasty text from Kasa support erroneously stating we were not checked out. This despite me sending them a text confirming our checkout at 10:30am AND putting a Check Out tag on the outside door handle. Kasa support blames this on incorrect communication from their housekeeping team and they told me they intend to fix some kind of communication issue they have. We hope they fix it because we would like to stay there again if we don't get hassled.

Very clean, quiet and walkable places.
It’ll be great if unit had some food storage container or plastic wrap to store leftovers for guests staying longer and cooking their own meal.
Kitchen is equipped with clean and nice appliances.

I had a flight that cancelled, which would preclude my being able to stay at the hotel, a full day and a half before I was supposed to be there. The hotel not only wouldn't even offer a partial refund, but also wouldn't offer a credit. And it' s like they are otherwise sold out, which means it's not because my booking didn't mean that anyone was turned away. Such bad business.
