The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.The hotel roomwas clean, nice and spacious.The staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the delicious food and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

A great place to stay. If you're planning to stay in Gangtok, look no further. Spacious clean, airy rooms with a great view of the mountains. Excellent hygiene standards maintained by the staff. Food is the speciality of this hotel. The friendliness of the management and staff is an added bonus.

A disgrace to sikkim which is famous for its hospitality. The food quality is pathetic. On complaining they will start a quarrel with you and ask you to check out even if u r with family and if it's midnight. Operator is an illiterate thug, foul mouthed waste of a human. Also if u didn't check the room, and something is damaged beforehand they will try to claim that too from you. No sense of service, unsafe, overrated. Better go a few meters more and try parasol inn.
I would request government of sikkim to throw this hotel operator out of sikkim.
Turned out trip into a nighmare.

This is the one you need if you are visiting Gangtok.
Rooms are neat and clean and all the staffs are well behaved. They make you feel comfortable and safe. Nice stay for us and happy memories.

This hotel is a budget accommodation in Gangtok. This hotel is a little away from MG road. The scene surrounding the hotel is good. The cleanliness of the room was very good. Good place to stay here with friends and family.

Food quality is good, based on request you can avail varieties of food items, in house restaurant is there. Staff are courteous and helpful. Rooms are tidy and clean.

Pathetic hotel, terrible management, waste food,hooligans dressed as staff, dangerous environment for family,overpriced,egomaniac rude |operator. Not even worth a try. Better move a few metres farther for better options. Disgrace to sikkim.

Very satisfying experience ... Great food ... Great staff behaviour... Properly decorated and clean rooms and definitely very good service . Highly recommended
