Nice located hotel. With fair price for what you pay for. Friendly and helpful personal at the reception. Only one time, no hot water in the morning. And it is good to have room on higher floors because until 23.00 you can hear a restaurant located in front of the hotel. Anyway I can recommend it.

Great value as always, central location, few minutes walk from the train station, clean, basic hotel, maybe not a high stat but it is a friendly, clean and excellent value for money all year round, have stayed here countless times, great for thw beach, perfect for so much choice for where to eat and drink, pleasant maid, room gets cleaned EVERY day, clean towels provided. Reception staff are very friendly, they do their job well and anything you ask for if they can help they will do. Can't fault the place. Pay on arrival. Simple process to check in. Great to have the sunshine on thw balcony and relax with a drink till late in the evening. Before you spend lots more if you are just wanting a clean place to stay try the N.C.H

What not to like. I stayed a month over Christmas and New Year. Extraordinary good value for money. The decor may be a bit tired, but it is none the worse for that. A/c / heating in the room, unlimited hot water, very comfortable bed. Extremely clean and my balcony, with table and chairs, was south facing so the winter sun came round from about min-day to 6pm. View from balcony through alley to Calle san Miguel.|The reception staff were very pleasant and all spoke English, and the cleaning staff tried hard with English and with my very limited Spanish we communicated well.|I recommend this hotel highly

Nefasta la experiencia :
En cuanto a las habitaciones, baños oxidados y necesidad de pedir explícitamente que te limpien la habitación dejando la llave , en fin muy raro todo ..

El servicio, pues con malas formas , constante revisión de quien subía a la habitación cosa que entiendo pero si me ves 5 veces entrar y salir con mi pareja , lo considero innecesario, me hospedaba con amigos quienes me recomendaron el hotel y se atrevieron a parar el ascensor para que nos volviésemos a identificar

Lo único la ubicación que es positiva que es céntrico

Exceeded expectations for a 2 star hotel and is in a very central location: close proximity to bar, beaches, train station and more. 24 hour service allowed us to check in late despite a much delayed flight and although a hair dryer was not provided, we got one on request. Not the most outstanding or aesthetic hotel but definitely great for a short city break.

Las reglas cambian de uno recepcionisto a otro... Alquilé una habitación para dos personas. Hace 15 días regresé acompañado sin problema, este fin de semana el recepcionisto me pidió pagar extra! Pedí una explicación y este (Miguel) me dijo “lárgate del hotel”. De hecho, como en otro comentario, ¡una bienvenida más sonriente y respetuosa sería bienvenida!

The room was nice and clean. Great location to get to the beach, train or bus station. No Frills...would have like to have a fridge In the room. Except for one very nice young man on the desk did not find the staff friendly.

Great central location - this is the only positive aspect for this rather dirty hôtel. My room had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. There were also small flies everywhere in the bathroom. The towels were stained and not very clean. Very noisy, dated and old ! If you only need a bed for the night then this is the place, otherwise you better book somewhere else.
