Tengo que admitir que hacía mucho tiempo que no pasábamos tres días tan agradables. Los niños no se olvidarán en mucho tiempo. El entorno, la ubicación, la tranquilidad fantástico...sólo echamos de menos una bicicleta más cuando fuimos a la vía verde, el más pequeño no llegaba a los pedales. Una experiencia maravillosa que, como casi todas las cosas buenas, se descubre por casualidad. Lugar ideal para desconectar unos días y dejar la mente en blanco. Conocer a Antonio y su familia, es ya de por si una experiencia, un hombre increíble. Entramos como clientes y nos fuimos como amigos. Volveremos muy pronto.

I stayed at San Juan with my mother and my brother as a rural pit stop on our way to the Chorro del Rey/Caminito del Rey in Malaga. We were expecting a simple pit stop and place to stay, but later realized that San Juan was the best part of our trip. For anybody looking for hiking or mountain biking adventures, San Juan is a great place for you! My brother and I got up early the day after we arrived and went on a great hike up a mountain trail that gave us stunning views of the area. Upon realizing how beautiful the area was, we decided to bike part of the Via Verde, which runs as a boundary and parallel to the farm. Its a beautiful trail that can be done by horse or by bike and we were easily able to rent bikes directly through the hotel. We were very fortunate to come by such a wonderful spot! The only regret we have is that we didn't have enough time to do more. I highly recommend San Juan Retreat for an adventurer of any level! Cheers!

We have spent very nice days in San juan Retreat.Going horseback riding in the Via Verde is the best you can do to enjoy nature. The landscape and crossing the river with the horses has been awesome. || I really recommend it.

Thanks to the San Juan Retreat staff for their service, hospitality and friendliness. My children really enjoyed collecting the organic eggs from the San Juan chickens, and were thrilled to eat them later for dinner! The food was organic and of excellent quality, with many of the ingredients coming from the farm. |We'll be back next year!

After 2,5 km on a bas road, a lost hacienda, In a beautiful landscape with a quite nice swimmingpool, around 15 horses . Very calm. The dinner was correct but no much. The room was not really confortable .. The night was horrible : 3 hours of sleep, too hot, too many mosquitos. Never again!
