Thank you Nikki and Tom. Really enjoyed our first visit to the Finca and it certainly won’t be our last…. We drove down from Santander with an overnight stop at Cordoba and loved the final drive up to the Finca through the dried river bed and winding track up to the little oasis that is the Finca. We couldn’t have wished for better hosts than Nikki and Tom who looked after us so well. From boules every afternoon, walks out in the hills, to the many different board games we learnt to play, there was never a dull moment.

The biggest complement we can give the Finca is that this was our 5th visit and we rarely go back to many places! It was our first visit in a number of years, and we were delighted that it was as good ever. ||We love visiting as the beautiful rural location is somewhere you can get away from it all including phone reception. The rooms and the facilities are great and very well kept. ||The biggest decision you have to make during your stay is how you would like your cava (plain or with raspberries) and what you are going to have for breakfast. ||While the location and facilities are great, what makes the Finca so special is the hospitality of Nikki and Tom. They just get the right balance of leaving you alone to your own devices and getting involved. ||Nikki is a wonderful cook and lunch and dinner around the table with the other guests is lovely social experience. ||If you are thinking about the Finca, go for it!

This year was our 9th or 10 the visit to the Finka. Hosts Niki and Tom are just the best. Nothing is too much trouble. Pool great to cool in. Food excellent Cava time and sundowners bring every one together for a chat or a game. Hope to return next year.

We think it’s our 8th visit to the Finca over the last 7 years… but when it’s that good you lose count!|We keep coming back to this escape from it all haven which sums up what we think of the Finca.|Nikki and Tom are the consummate hosts. They make everything easy for your stay. From long lazy lunches to awesome dinners with nikki and Tom and other guests who are staying, to fun but highly competitive games of boules. Evenings could be games or full on party and dancing… it’s easy to find your groove at the Finca and go with the flow.|I want to highlight an example of how lovely this place is: last year Nikki asked if there was anything I would change or add to the bedroom. On arriving this year, these suggestions were all fully in place. These guys really care about each and every guest who comes to stay.|Thank you for another fabulous Finca fix 😊

This was our first time at the Finca and we were joined by two other couples we've known for years. Although we read numerous rave reviews about the place and its owners prior to our visit, we were still blown away by the amazing hosts Nikki and Tom and the special care and attention they give to their guests.||The drive to the location was a little daunting, but once there we received a very warm welcome and it soon became apparent the location is made for rellaxation. The food was fantasticv with such a variety during our 11 days which, unfortunatley, seemed to go by way too fast. How Nikki could keep coming up with such great recipes time after time for both lunch and idinner was incredible..||We learned how to play Tri Ominoes (which we have since purchased ) and also learned to better compete with both Nikki and tom with Rummikub. Additionally, Nikki came up with these great "memory" games (for lack of a better description) at lunch that we will now copy and use when entertaining at home. Almost every day there included a competiion on the Boules court followed by a relaxing cocktail hour before dinner with different cocktails every day. And Tom even found time to take us on several hikes in the hills and along the river bed in the morning.||The hosts catered to our every need and when free of other guests, took us around the Alora area, an experience we will never forget. One will never find a better place to relax, be pampered and become like family with the hosts. It is no wonder people keep coming back to Finca year after year!!

We’d been waiting two years to come here and it didn’t disappoint. Beautiful villa and location where you lose track of time, unplug from the world and just relax. Deadlines are replaced with games, relaxed lunches, sundowners and fantastic dinners. Nikki and Tom are great hosts getting the mix right between being around to play games and tell stories but also leaving you to yourself. Food was really really good - restaurant quality lunches and dinners. Great CD collection, enjoyed listening through albums again while soaking up the sun. We’ll be back!

Nachdem man die staubige Zufahrtsstrasse geschafft hat fühlt man sich wie in einer Oase.||Nikki und Tom sind 2 tolle Gastgeber und versuchen alles, um ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie zu Hause!||Kulinarisch von Cheffin Nikki bestens versorgt lassen sich zahlreiche Aktivitäten von der Finaca aus starten. Wer aber einfach nur relaxen möchte findet rund um den grossen Pool genügend Möglichkeiten.||Wir hatten 7 wundervolle Nächte in der Finca und es werden definitiv nicht die letzten gewesen sein. ||Hinweis: gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
